Delivery Information for Matla Workwear

At Matla Workwear, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless, including the delivery process. Please take note of the following delivery details:

Delivery Fees:

1. If you reside in Bloemfontein, enjoy FREE doorstep deliveries. Simply select Bloemfontein as Region/State during checkout.
2. For orders exceeding R2000, standard deliveries are FREE to your doorstep or nearest Postnet within South Africa.
3. For orders under R2000, a delivery fee of R79.99 is charged to your nearest Pargo pickup point within South Africa.
4. For orders under R2000, a delivery fee of R119.99 is charged directly to your door within South Africa.

Additional Notes:

• Orders outside of South Africa can request a delivery quote at checkout.
• Clients on farms in South Africa must provide a residential street address or an address in town if parcels cannot be delivered directly to the farm by courier.
• Delivery prices may vary between online and in-store due to delivery charges. The fees apply to online orders only and will be highlighted during checkout.
• For high-risk areas, delivery fees to the doorstep may be higher. Customers will be informed and can choose to pay the difference, accept delivery to a Pargo pickup point, or arrange their own courier.
• Standard delivery occurs during office hours, with no deliveries after hours, on weekends, or public holidays.
• Expected Timeframes:
  
  • Bloemfontein: 1-2 working days
  • Johannesburg: 1-3 working days
  • Outlying areas in South Africa: 2-5 working days
  • International orders: 4-10 working days (depending on location)
  • Pargo pickup point deliveries: 2-5 working days from the date that Pargo receives the parcel from the supplier. For remote regional areas, allow 5-7 working days.
• There may be unexpected delivery delays outside of Awerbuchs’ control, and customers will be informed in advance if any delays are expected.

Delivery Availability:

• If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will make a second attempt on the next working day.
• If the third attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the warehouse, and a refund (excluding the delivery fee) will be processed.
