Delivery Information for Matla Workwear

At Matla Workwear, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless, including the delivery process. Please take note of the following delivery details:

Delivery Fees:

1. If you reside in Bloemfontein, enjoy FREE doorstep deliveries. Simply select Bloemfontein as Region/State during checkout.
2. For orders exceeding R2000, standard deliveries are FREE to your doorstep or nearest Postnet within South Africa.
3. Orders under R2000 incur a R60 delivery fee to your nearest Postnet within South Africa.
4. Alternatively, for orders under R2000, a R120 delivery fee ensures your package arrives straight to your door within South Africa.

Kindly note that online prices may differ from in-store prices due to delivery charges. The aforementioned fees are applicable to online website orders only.

For international customers, a fixed delivery fee of R1000 applies regardless of the order value. We will promptly refund any difference if shipping costs are lower. Please be aware that this fee may increase based on parcel weight, and you will be notified if an additional payment is necessary. This charge will be highlighted during checkout.

If your delivery falls under a high-risk area according to courier guidelines, additional fees may apply. We will share proof of the amount directly from the courier, allowing you to decide whether to pay the difference, opt for delivery to your nearest Postnet, or arrange for your courier to collect directly from us.

Expected Timeframes:

Standard delivery occurs during office hours, and specific delivery dates or times cannot be selected. No standard deliveries are made after hours, over weekends, or on public holidays. Consider this when choosing your delivery address.

Delivery timeframes vary based on your delivery address, postal code, and selected delivery option:

1. Central Bloemfontein: usually 1-2 working days.
2. Johannesburg orders: usually 1-3 working days.
3. Areas outside Bloemfontein: usually 2-5 working days.
4. Outlying areas outside South Africa: usually 4-10 working days, depending on the location.

Please note that unforeseen delays, beyond our control, may occur. We will notify you in advance of any expected delays.

Delivery Availability:

If the delivery address is unattended, our courier will attempt a second delivery on the next working day. A third attempt will be made, and if no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be returned to our warehouse. A return will be processed, and you will be refunded using the original payment method. Please note that if a delivery fee was charged, it will not be reimbursed, as the courier attempted delivery multiple times.
